I have so loved painting this color packed series of 6 paintings!! Well, here in Michigan the short grey days of Winter have already started! Of course it’s technically still Fall but who’s counting! It’s cold and grey and the daylight hours are short. That spells WINTER to me! Painting Hydrangeas and Sunflowers along with decorating for Christmas has kept my spirits high though and that’s what this series is all about!! Painted with happiness, to share happiness, the colors will brighten every day 365 days a year. Guaranteed – even if that silly little ground hog doesn’t see his shadow in February, or does, or whatever!!
